No, the point of the rule is to protect he kick when he's defensless. Landing on a player isn't he way to do that. The way you are supposed to block a kick is to dive infront of the kicker where the ball would come out, and your momentum does not put you into the kicker when you do that. He made a B-line to the kicker and that way his momentum took him right into his leg.
you missed the play....you did not see it.....
The player SLID in to the punter AFTER the punt...... The punter was RECOVERING from the punt and tripped over a player laying on the ground MORE then the player knocking over the Punter.
