20k-80k for seat licenses I think the niners may be over valuing these seats. Wouldn't be shocked if they cant sell them and you see them empty like Yankee seats in the front rows.
so what the hell are seat licenses anyways? the rights to those seats? Any idea if there is a payment plan? and how long do those licenses get you the seats? need details on this.
Its the right to buy the tickets for those seats.
so even if people dont buy the PSLs, couldnt they just sell the seats throughout the season? Could people still not have those seats as season ticket holders, they just wouldnt hold the rights to those seats?
All that info is in the Brochure I attached. Answering qhuestions froma number of users here...
1) Some of the most expensive sections are already sold out and it has been reported that they are ahead of their goal for sales.
2) The SBL buys you the right to buy the ticket. Its like paying to BECOME a season ticket holder. They can be sold, or even willed away to another party. They last for the life of the building.
3) As for what happens should those seats not sell, who knows. I houghly doubt thats going to happen tho. They have already sold out of a few sections and shovel hasn't even hit dirt yet. ALOT of people have no idea that seats are even for sale. Additionally, they are only contacting CURRENT season ticket holders right now to buy club seats, so the general public has not yet had the chance to buy them.
4) The tickets are NOT overvalued if you use the pricing structure of stadlums built recently. In Dallas, those club seats go for as much a 100K in an area with a MUCH, MUCH lower median income. Yes, they are expensive, but welcome to todays NFL. Cities are out of the Stadium Building business (especially in California).
4) There is a 10 year payment plan.
