That rugby player doesn't count for s**t right now. And Hunter is a giant enigma with that knee.

Good thing we don't play philly this year. Hopefully not in the future.

I couldn't stomach watching our guys hit Gore.

Anybody complaining about Jed York's comments on trying to keep Gore should at least think about what York actually said.

The headlines about his remarks seem to be misleading. Here is what York actually said.

"I think we'll figure out a way. That's my feeling," team CEO Jed York told the San Francisco Chronicle when asked about the prospect of re-signing the veteran running back.

I see nothing wrong with that remark. It turns out that his feeling or his thoughts were mistaken, but the remark, itself, is pretty innocuous, and perhaps even positive.

I just hope he doesn't get taken advantage of by the Eagles and be promised a bigger role than he really gets. I know being the primary RB is still very important to him, will be interesting to see how many touches he gets in that wide open offense

He will take the roll day one in practice when he blows up a blitzer is pass protection and blows thRough every hole. The guy is a machine.
They gonna use him a lot. I'll be sad every Sunday when he's all over the highlight reels.

Even if he wins the Super Bowl with Philadelphia there's no way he would be inducted to the Hall of Fame as an eagle. If Farve can make up with the Packers I'm pretty sure Gore would come back. I swear, the players don't get as emotional about this as some of the fans. And Lynch won the Super Bowl and played more with the Seahawks then he did with the bills, of coarse he would be inducted as a Seahawk.

Gore is no doubt an all time great but its time for Hyde to show us what hes got. we'll be ok. Gore has earned everyones respect. im gonna be rooting for gore on sundays unless were playing them or we need philly to lose but Niners>individual players. safe travels old friend. he'll eventually sign a short contract to retire with us, philly is just renting him
