He sure as hell isn't gonna go to Cleveland either. I'm gonna predict Saleh to Arizona if it that opens up.

It's always possible he goes to Arizona, but they don't have an established franchise QB.

I think he would want to go to a place with an established franchise QB and a good offensive system/talent.

Unless an owner or GM would be patient, to allow time to find a franchise QB, he would need an established guy to start with.

I think Saleh is good he just started out with the clusterf**k that is the New York Jets' organization.
Saleh would be wise to wait for Pittsburgh. I don't think Tomlin goes past 2026.

Basically every job that'll be available has bad ownership or is in a city he just worked in. Don't think he takes anything unless Tomlin goes early.

His family is in Florida so I won't count out anything

Rooneys love Tomlin
McDaniel and the Dolphins (4-7) get a win over the Commodores but it does not change his hot seat status.
This week's hot seat games:
  • Browns +3.5 @ Raiders. Stefanski probably won't survive a bad loss to the Raiders. Carroll would be on the hot seat with a loss at home.
  • Jaguars -2.5 @ Cardinals. Gannon might be gone if they lose at home in an undisciplined manner like the loss to the 49ers.
  • Patriots -7.5 @ Bengals.
  • Dolphins bye week.

I think it is possible that we see Stefanski and/or Gannon gone after this weekend unless they can post strong wins. It doesn't look like a lot of jobs will be open this year so Saleh probably is with the 49ers next season.

Sean McDermott is someone to watch as Bills are faltering and management does not want to waste Josh Allen's prime. Upcoming games to watch:

  • Bengals +7 @ Ravens. Thanksgiving game may decide Taylor's future.
  • 49ers -6.5 @ Browns. Stefanski needs another strong showing by Shedeur Sanders to hold on to his job.
  • Saints + 6 @ Dolphins. While McDaniel is likely a dead man walking, a loss to the Saints could hasten his departure.
  • Cardinals +2.5 @ Buccaneers. Gannon needs an road upset to salvage his season.
  • Raiders +10 @ Chargers. Raiders are looking like the worst team in the league.
  • Bills -3.5 @ Steelers. Bills needs a strong finish or else McDermott might not have a job next year.

In all fairness McDermott has lasted far longer in Buffalo than I thought he would.

He has Josh Allen to thank for that because without Allen McDermott would have been gone long ago.

I think Stefanski is already doomed. When the owner of the teams family is wearing Sanders jerseys and he refused to play him until injury to Gabriel I feel like that's a doomed relationship.

Consistently making the playoffs has also been a life-line, although a few teams in the past have dismissed winning coaches. IMHO, it's more the roster issues, although it was inexcusable for that Divisional Playoff loss in KC a few years back - and that's 100% on the coaching staff. I'm a little surprised (not shocked) that Pete and the Raiders are THAT bad. Not that they were going to be playoff contenders real soon, but I thought they'd be competitive. Of course hitching his wagon again to Geno Smith should have been enough for me. Tough to state, but I have to admit, Seattle timed jettisoning those two perfectly. Why wait until red alert, so the pod went on yellow.

What's wrong with you?
A plus for us is that I think Vance Joseph gets a shot at HC again before Saleh.
