Imo no, just like Belichick both are all time greats but if there was a scandal in the midst of their dynasty there should be some type of asterisk. What better way than to strip them from their 1st ballot
That being said I doubt they hit Brady with spygate and I dont think deflategate will be egregious enough to push him out of being a 1st ballot

One can argue that yes, except he admitted way after he was inducted and the whole thing is a little controversial. He was comparing it to the gloves players wear today and how all players used it even though it was illegal. Idk how you play 20 years and never get caught when you're constantly hand fighting. Knowing the NFL and how they like offense they might have allowed a light spray. The original stickum that was banned was this goop that players would excessively use even put it all over themselves

Sorry I just don't like this train of thought. It's a competition and everyone is looking for an edge on their opponent. Barry Bonds should be in the Hall and Belichick shoulda been a 1st ballot. Them cheating isn't what made them great. They just got caught while thousands of players didn't get caught.
