I had to look up Chris Grier tenure thinking he might have only got a couple years as GM but he's been there since 2016. I hate everything has to be about race now.

Easiest way for TPTB to try to keep the people divided. Hopefully the people can see through that and unify.

I swear I think Howie has blackmail stuff on every other GM in the league where he uses it to say you are not allowed to trade with anybody else. Because I have a hard time believing nobody else was willing to offer their 3rd RD pick which is likely to be a higher pick than the Eagles. People always want to give Howie credit but these trades he makes are not genius trades. They are trades that are such a no brainer that you have to wonder if the other 10 contenders were not given an opportunity to match or beat that offer.

Like what is Howie saying to the Dolphins GM to get him to not talk to any other team to see if he can get a better offer? Because a 3rd RD pick seems very light. And it's going to be a late 3rd RD pick. You don't think the Cowboys who need a pass rusher would offer their 3rd? I mean it makes no sense hiw Howie can just make these trades where you would think there would be teams willing to offer higher.

Dumb move by the Colts trading 2 1s for Sauce. They are still QBed by Billy Bob Thorton from Sling Blade who will turn into a pumpkin at some point when it matters.

I hear ya, but this year that pick is looking to be in the 20s. Next year, who knows, but that Colts D + O-line is really nice. Would I trade 2 picks equating to early 2nd rounders for a top 5 corner? I very well might. I agree w/you on the QB situation, but would make the same comment I just made re: where they will pick. They are likely looking at the ~4th best QB in the draft given where they sit now.

The niners couldn't offer new Orleans 2 fourth rounders for Shaheed?

I understand that we do somewhat ok in the 3rd and ,4th round, but I'd take Shaheed over any of our current WRs.
