It's not just the head, it's the area.. either way you still can't do that and it's been awhile that rule has been in place

Man the NFL is soft now. You can't tackle or hit anymore. You can't play in the rain either. Just a wimpy league.

They just played in that for the most part. I don't think many people got hurt.

It's only because of lightning in the area that's the only time they have weather delay in football. The only other exception was when there was like a bomb cyclone blizzard in Buffalo New York from the lake effect snow and the game was postponed.

Yeah it started probably somewhere around there. Continues to get worse every year. It's unrecognizable from the early 2000's, 1990's, 1980's. Just nowhere near the same game.
