That was what frustrated me about him when he was here. He appears to be a good football guy but either his ego gets in the way or he has been fooling people all the time.

Eagles have a relatively cupcake schedule the rest of the way and are up 2 games in the win column on the Cowboys.

I hear this - on paper, yeah....you'd definitely lean that way.

Philadelphia - Raiders, @ Commanders, @ Bills, Commanders

Dallas - Vikings, Chargers, @ Commanders, @ Giants

I don't think a tie would have mattered for Philadelphia there, having an extra division loss.

They play two against Wash and one against the Raiders. Should be able to win those three. Josh Allen and Buffalo will be a tough one. They to play better than tonight. Maybe with two easy games they can get the offense going. I hope they don't.

With that Eagles offense there is no gimme game for them. They can lose to anybody. Well maybe not the Raiders but yes the Commanders games are no gimme for them.

I didn't even watch the last part of the game but always good when Eagles lose

I understand exactly what you're saying. I've always felt the same way - i remember plays on the team, when he was our coach, talked about how his route trees and stuff didn't have options or anything. it was just straight "run this route" and whatever happens, happens.

That type of football is hard to win it all with cause you have to always play a near perfect game - strong run game, no turnovers, lots of field goals, stout defense.
but if any of those are off - you have nearly no chance of winning. If he just had a better passing system or more creative system, instead of the 1980s ground and pound, I think he'd easily be a champion.

then again, what the hell do i know. lol

They might. This reminds me of what happened with the Eagles two seasons ago. They nosedived at the end of the season and never came out of it. That season ended with a quick playoff exit to the Bucs if I am not mistaken.
