The specific play I alluded to resulted in an Interception, but you're correct in that often times they do get away with dangerous throws.

Didn't see #70 of the Bills pull the Bucs' guy down as the Ref claimed.

On the replay they showed, the angle of the camera didn't show anything conclusive. It looked like the Bucs' guy just fell down.

Free second chance for a FG for the Bucs.
