Regardless of how people feel about the rules, it's not hard to kick the ball past the 20. Arizona's kicker f**ked up.

Yup, the Rams and Panthers solved that issue, with low skidding/bouncing kicks, that threw off the Eagles and Falcons returners ...
Last week of the season against the Seahawks is going to be huge.

As this season progresses I am thinking just bring back the og kickoff we had for decades. It's become silly

Carson Wentz looks a lot better than JJ McCarthy did. I wonder if JJ McCarthy will have a Trey Lance like arc.

They probably should have kept Darnold.

I only saw JJ play a few games while he was QB at Michigan.
Of course, leading his team to an NCAA Championship, helped him to become a first round selection.

It's hard to figure what teams value at that position, as they scout and evaluate. For JJ, maybe it's
the fact that as an athlete, he's won at every level along the way.

I think Darnold's last two games - one a shaky win, and the other a bad loss sealed his fate.
Maybe keeping Sam another year, might have been the better play in hindsight.

Either that or bringing in Rodgers and letting McCarthy sit and develop for another year.

From what I've read, the Vikings wanted no part of Rodgers, and were committed to the youth movement - aka McCarthy.
