Matt Barrows on UDFA WR Isaiah Neyor:

"The most visibly striking receiver in the minicamp was undrafted rookie Isaiah Neyor. He cuts a Randy Moss-like silhouette with a thin frame and long arms and legs. His big stride gobbles up yardage and immediately forces cornerbacks to… pic.twitter.com/rRUwKTjLav
Same with TO and I agree that TO and Jauan are rare breed. Neyor went undrafted because he never showed grit and doesn't play when dinged up. But he's a cheap experiment.
it's not ALL like that for every players tho.. Cris Carter once told a story that his WR coach in Minnesota never believed in him and that he'll never see the field.. then those coaching staff got the axed and he went on to become a great player.. he once played against that coach and tried to shake CC's hand after the game and CC just ignored him..
there are players after players that never became a star because he was not given a chance...
Personally, I thought our very own QB (Cody Pickett) would have been a very good QB had Nolan given him a chance.. the kid never got a chance because we drafted Alex Smith and Nolan didn't want the world to see that he made a mistake w/Alex.
