If KC didn't s**t the bed, there would have been more turnovers by Hurts like what happened early. some of you guy praise other mediocre games by other QBs but can't recognize a better QB who passed closer to 400 yards without turning it over against a better KC defense last year...

Not sure who you're referencing here.

Hurts played a very good game. It's not hard to acknowledge that. The Eagles played great pretty much across the board. They were a great team all year.

my bad i had Purdy notched at 355 yards for some reason

Eagles were a good team against the easiest road to the SB, they were awful in the pass game all year and rode Barkley's ("overused" back) the entire way

Someone has to get the award, but it wasn't earned. Sweat or someone on that defense should have gotten it

Pure passing was their weakness, but they were absolutely elite everywhere else. Dominating lines, best overall defense in the league, top tier run game with a running QB to help. Just a dominant team. It's not at all a surprise that they won.

elite?, they barely made it past the first two rounds and played a NFCCG against another team that shouldn't have been there.

congrats to them, but it was anything elite or historic it's just they way it ended up

They were up by double digits in both of the first rounds for large portions of the games, one of which was a horrific weather game. The Rams had a heartbeat for two possessions at the end of their game, otherwise neither game was in doubt. They blew out their NFC championship and SB opponents, one of which is an actual dynasty, lol.

Seen enough of your posts to understand you don't want to recognize them. That's fine. From about midseason it was pretty clear they were a juggernaut. They've been the best team in the NFC, and probably the NFL, for two out of the last three seasons.

it's not that i don't recognize them.. it just they are not that juggernaut team you think they are.. do you not understand what a cakewalk season is ?

lol double digits for large portions? yeah just the GB game where they could only get those double points from FGs and they didn't get double digit lead against the Rams until the 4th qtr where they held that DD lead for a few mins. But you know how your "Best QB in the league" Matt, who can't throw a touch pass to save his life and what he does in 4th qtrs. Is the Commanders something to brag about, lol?.. man what a cakewalk playoffs

neither is the"Dynasty" chiefs who need the refs to help them win games

Like i said, they played the cards they got perfectly, but it's not some historic year by any means

People used tosay the Niners had an easy path. Much like the Patriots, their division opponents weren't really strong during the great years. Usually their toughest opponent would be in the NFC championship (either the Giants, Redskins, Cowboys or the Packers) The NFC winner in those days was almost ther automatic SB winner because the AFC was much weaker at the tme.

Nobody really cares how you got there or how big the margin of victory was. The object is to win and that's all that matters. In 2024 it was the 49ers that had the stacked roster and was considered the best team. One year latter because of a boatload of injuries they're not in the playoffs. Nobody cares other than Niner fans.

Besides the clear bias you're showing, I'm not sure what you think I'm arguing. First of all I don't know why you have 'best quarterback in the league' in quotes when referencing Matt Stafford. That's not something I've ever argued. Secondly I'm not saying the Eagles are a historic team. They were a dominant team this season. The best in the NFL, and now unsurprisingly SB champs. Best overall roster in the league, top tier run game, best defense, dominate both lines of scrimmage, pretty much never turn the ball over…

ok, best NFC QB is what you said

you are throwing the "best" around a little too easy is what i'm getting at

If you got two avg teams that have bad offenses and good defenses, someone has to win.. i guess the team that wins is the "best"

Stafford is the best QB in the NFC in my opinion. He played well against the Eagles, lol. Is it supposed to be a surprise the Rams didn't light the scoreboard up on the road, in the snow, against an elite defense?

lol @ calling the Eagles a bad offense. Good lord.

7th in ppg
5th in points per play
8th in ypg
11th in yards per play
2nd in rush ypg
4th in rush ypa
30th in pass ypg
7th in pass ypa
11th in 3rd down percentage
3rd in 4th down percentage
4th in turnovers

The 'cakewalk' schedule is nonsense anyway. The Eagles had quality wins up and down their schedule. Finished with a 160+ scoring differential and won 16 of their last 17 games (including playoffs) with the only loss being to the 12-win Commanders when they had Pickett at QB.

It's just arguing to argue.
