Mahommes is unreal - wow
I'm still pissed at the 2017 draft. How do you pass on someone so insanely talented in all the right places, including vision and mental aspects? Literally his only flaw was being too greedy (I don't even consider the "mechanics" complaint a flaw, because it's what makes him great). Ugh. I hate Kirk Cousins so much.
All 9 teams that passed on Mahomes (plus others regretting not trading up) feel the exact same way. By this logic Browns should have taken him #1.
Not all of them needed QBs. And yes, the Browns should have. But it's closer than some other teams, since pass rusher is the second most important position. But yeah, you don't often get college QBs that have elite physical traits, but also lightning quick processing (by that I mean not having to look for an extra split second before throwing the open ball; reading and reacting).
But to be fair, Allen is elite as well. This game is a great demonstration of what elite QB talent can do.
