Yeah I had my doubts but they deserved the win and that Vikings lose really helps us. Now it is time for the 49ers to take of business for themselves and beat Seattle today.

Or secretly genius. Maybe they knew they weren't going to stop the Vikings on their next drive, so they had to give it up at least in their own territory so it wouldn't take long for them to score. Giving them a chance to win the game on their next possession with enough time on the clock.
Or it could of just been a braindead call.
