Love Mattison. Dude just rotting away behind Cook. I think he would kill it with us in this scheme

Great, dude. You increased your shoulder press numbers, as it every injury that's ever occurred isn't knee or ankle related. I hope some day our training staff figure out that pliability is more important than "putting on weight."

He got hit in the side of his knee. Not sure how that can be a training issue or lifting weights.

Typical overreaction by that poster, anyone can get a knee injury, and I agree with you not sure how this can be a training issue or lifting weights, hell I dislocated my knee cap last year right around the Rams game where we won on MNF, tried moving a chair, knee gave out, never had any knee issues in the past. So anyone can get hurt, have someone running at you, and hit the side of your knee, you'll be hurting, and this isn't pointed at tour 49ersfaninPA, talking to A-R-S.

Think about it. This team spent 3rd round picks on RB in each of the last two drafts - neither of whom got hurt -- and we are going to need to sign a street FA

This is a run first team, and we run our running backs into the ground until they are injured. That's what it is here.

Its week 1. This isbt running anyone into the ground. They are just plain injury prone and some bad luck (hit Mitchell took). Time to see what Mason and TDP have. Too bad Hasty got claimed.

We were absolutely destroying the Bears running when Mitchell was in. Shows how much of a drop off it is between him and Wilson. It's so pathetic how every year injuries cost us so many games. Stupid penalties as well as players not performing at their best however these injuries to major players on offense and defense cost us.

Mitchell demonstrated last year he's a tad injury prone.. like Mostert imo.. wish we didn't bail on Sermon after one season.. at least we have TDP / Mason I imagine these guys will get some work.

Yeah I really wish we could trade for somebody like Kareem Hunt but knowing our front office we won't because he had character issues a few years back which got him suspended

Not just the off the field concerns, it's what it'd take to get a Hunt, they're not going to sell low, besides I think people are overblowing things, that field was bad, weather was terrible, let's give it a few weeks before we start the wanting to trade for someone to replace Mitchell or someone else, no need to panic, week 1 is the weirdest week.

Why wouldn't we want to consider replacing a player like Mitchell especially if it's going to be a long injury. We all know the drop off between him and our other running backs is a big one. We can't just take a major loss to a player of his importance and expect the season to get better with that talent gone.

AB I've followed you for years and think you're great; also very cool to see you on YouTube recently.

This kid's been either injured or OUT in every game of his young career. The patterns become hard to tolerate across the board.

D'Ernest Johnson was inactive today. Might be worth a call. No NFC a team will trade with us.
