Doubt it, unless he comes back this week and dominates the rest of the regular season

Hope this guy comes back, you can just tell he has more burst than Sermon or Wilson. I miss Mostert still but Mitchell has been a great pick so far.

Nage Harris - 3.6
Travis Eittenne - IR
Javonte Williams - 5.0
Michael Carter - 3.9
Kene Nwangu - IR
Rhawandre Stevenson - 4.6
Chubba Hubbard - 3.5
Kenneth Gainwell - 4.3

Elija - 4.8

Elijah is doing better than most of his peers (rookies & vets) when he's on the field.

More rushing yards than:

James Conner
D'Andre Swift
Aaron Jones
Alvin Kamara
Melvin Gordon III
Leonard Fournette
Javonte Williams
Mark Ingram II HOU/NO

Despite playing in less games and having less carries.

The only RBs in the top 20 rushing yards with more explosive runs (20 yards or more) than Mitchell's 5:

Johnathan Taylor
Nick Chubb

The only RBs in the top 20 with a better yards per carry average than Mitchell's 4.8:

Johnathan Taylor
Nick Chubb
James Robinson

This guy has star potential and it doesn't get talked about enough.

AGree. If not for Mitchell, Sermon and Hasty would be getting a lot of carries.
Is he playing this weekend?

Agree so far, he already has a finger injury.

I think Kyle will try to split the Carries between Mitchell, Sermon, and Wilson. But agree, anybody with +20 carries game in and game out is going to get dinged. Kittle, for a long time, was the only receiver we had, now he's playing through some dings too. My hope is Kittle will get his shoulder fixed this offseason. As for Mitchell, the return of Jeff should help him get healthy.
Sure hope Mitchell can play this weekend for sure

He also is tied for the most 100 yard games at 3 with Cook in the NFC and Mitchell has played 3-4 less games

Grant?

JK, but the same was said about the greatest 49er RB of all time in his rookie season coming off of 2 ACLs. Elijah is coming off of a finger and I believe a shoulder?

Also name me a RB that has not gotten hurt, its part of the game. I would not label him injury prone just yet.
