He knocked Hill on his ass and got called for PI. But I liked it. Hill whined and got the late flag.
ah that was him on that play
he played well if today was any indication he has a bright future

Reminds me of Borland in a way. Around the ball a lot. Coverage and ability to stay with receivers is average at best, as expected. I don't see how he doesn't make the roster, especially with Tartt fighting an injury (again)

I think he was the best player on the field last night.

I'm glad he played well. He def was all over the field last night. Could be our steal of the draft.
With the safety spots not really secure he could take over sooner than later.

beware the seduction of the preseason darlings....
This. Let him take a bad angle in a regular season game. I just see him as a backup that may hopefully make a big play here and there.

I'd be content if he turned out to just to be a super reliable special teams coverage guy.

He also had Tyreek Hill one on one and took one of his worst angles and still got him out of bounds. His anticipation and motor are really good.
Two things you can't measure at your pro day or combine.

I like guys that are always around the football. They may make mistakes but they also come up with big plays. You can't do that if you don't have that nose for the ball.

Late round steal. Dude will be a starter this year, without major injuries being the cause. Mark my words.

This guy is going to be a starter. I know people are prone to jumping to conclusions, but man he just looked like he belonged.

Tartt is not going to keep his job, Tavon Wilson and Hufanga will compete for it.

Welcome to the club everybody
Sometimes instead of making judgments based on underwear numbers and where a person is drafted, good to see someone play on the field first. Still to early to get too excited though, but one thing I'll guarantee based on just one preseason game is that he will make the team for that special teams performance, for those that called him a bust on draft night
