Just report both the same way and keep it consistent. I'm more curious about how we look vs other teams. Look forward to camp but of course you get into situations where one part of your team is taking the L.

Im going to sound like a grant shill but I really don't care at this point. Grant has been reporting a lot of impartial stuff lately. His latest video about the day 3 QBs performance was about as impartial as you could get.

He named the route the QB threw to and whether or not it was complete/incomplete. He didn't go hard on Jimmy and he didn't go easy on Trey.

Its up to the listener to decide what they want to get out of his reporting. To me I don't care about the number of incompletions from either guy. What I do care about is that a huge majority of the passes that Jimmy is throwing still appear to be short and between the hashes.

It sounds like Trey has been testing the deep half of the field a lot more often and connecting on quite a few.

I like that information as well. However whether it's grant or someone else you can tell the bias in some reports. Whether emphasis on drops by the WR(making that QB look better) or emphasis on wobbly pass or holding the ball too long(makes the QB look worse)

yeah report the throws and situations. I care more about whether the reads are right, whether the throws they are attempting are smart and accurate, etc.

I'm not rooting for either guy. Just want the best guy for us to win.

It got there. They can't all be perfect spirals. I wouldn't worry about any bad throw right now or get too pumped about good ones. At least wait til preseason where other teams won't be pulling up.

I am not trying to get too high or low on one throw or one practice. That being said it sounds like he had a pretty bad day out there. 5 for 10. One of those completions being this duck that should have been an INT and supposably another ball that should have been an INT as well. Supposably the previous two practices went pretty well for him. Which is good. He is a rookie and It is one practice but we can't just pretend he didn't have a bad day out there today.

Patrick Mahomes had like double digit picks dropped last season. It happens.
So what's this young man need to do in order to tighten up these wobbly ducks?

To quote our former WR Josh Morgan "It came down like a punt"

Naah,...tell you the truth, if they sound the same exact way, there's no need for both of them.

Grant obviously revels in his individuality. Let him be him and don't let it ruffle your feathers.

Ducks don't "get there." Stick to wobbly.

Brady and Manning have a lot of success with ducks.

Do you get more points for a spiral?
