Then he goes to a team who has this aura of thinking they are a gift from God, even though they haven't done s**t for many years... Owner that makes the team feel and walk around as if they are better than they actually are. I'm not trying to say they have been horrible, or a bad team, these past few years...but they haven't came close to their potential.
From there he goes to a blue collar kind of environment with Jimbo. With a Head Coach that gives off nothing but positive uplifting vibes. (Where as Mike McCarthy always looks and acts like he's holding in a fart).

It would be good to see some consistency with Lance, he's got some talent, maybe this is where it happens for him. I feel like he is way more comfortable using his legs than throwing. It's like he prefers just to run it. Like it's less pressure or something. Getting out of Dallas was good, at least he doesn't have to deal with that d**k franchise anymore. Maybe he just needed the H lol
