In what world is Solomon Thomas 3rd on this list but Mitch Trubisky isn't even listed? He was actually a QB drafted ahead of Mahomes and even filthy Watson.
lol at Cohn..

there are still people that think this guy is good

He's still in the NFL, we also think Mac Jones is still good.

I think T. Lance was very young and needed to be developed, developing QB's is something that JH does well. Harbaugh may make Kyle & Lynch look better if they can say, see we knew he was good when we drafted him LOL

This is a great read, very good and logical.
Can't believe anyone thought this dude was good enough to be a top pick. And fans actually celebrated drafting him

might actually be the lowest point ever for this franchise and fanbase, and that's saying a lot

Even if true it's not like he is ever going to get to play. He's backing up Herbert. If the impossible has been done, The Chargers should be looking to trade him while his arrow is pointing up. He's not getting playing time unless Herbert gets hurt.

That entire draft was poor because the previous season was during Covid when teams were missing a lot of players and schedules were messed up. It made evaluating players a real crap shoot. Four of the top 5 QBs didn't pan out with the tream that picked them. Only Lawrence is still with his original team. The only 49er from that draft that's still on team is Lenoir. I looed at the first round of that year and only about 6 of the picks became stars. Sewell and Surtain were the best by far but they were generational type players. They had already established themselves prior to the 2021 draft. Rashawn Slater, Ja'Marr Chase and Micah Parsons have been very good. Najee Harris has been solid.

We were excited because half of us were tired of Jimmy G and wanted a real playmaker at QB. In hindsight yeah it was a terrible pick and this wasn't the team or scheme for Trey.

Lowest point lol yeah ok I think the Chip Kelly season was the lowest point or Dennis Erickson's last season going 2-14. It's not like Trey played a full season and they were abysmal like those years.

Really its all on Lynch, Kyle had the plan to go get Cousins who fit and knew his system perfectly. Lynch completely overrode it and traded for Garoppolo. Think we have at least 1 SB if we went with Cousins and we would have kept 3 1sts a 2nd and a 3rd.

yeah imagine fans being happy and wanting a draft pick to succeed. Losers!!! Not everyone can be like you with your eagle eye for talent/scouting where every draft pick you celebrated has went on to have stellar pro bowl careers.
