Anyone think they go to Brandon Allen for this last drive?

No, not a chance.

Nice two drives for Trey to build on going into the last week. That has to feel good.

Very happy with how he played. He will eventually be good in this league, may not be with the 49ers though.
For now, he's good enough to be QB2 but I still think the edge goes to Darnold at the moment.

Wow, it was like 2 different players. Brutal first couple drives and then he was scorching. Really impressed, beautiful game for him

Kyle will have to weigh the indecisiveness of Trey vs Darnold being lost when the 1st read isn't there.

Lance seems to be at his best in the shotgun and let it sling. That undercenter thing is adequate but needs a lot of work. And the playactions aren't consistent either. He seems to see things better in shotgun. And more decisive.

He reminds me so much of jimmy from the perspective of when he gets into a groove, he looks great. This reminded me of 2nd half vs texans

Well there's a big drop off from the 3rd stringers to 4th stringers. Trey really showed those bottom dwellers at the end there that he's a force to be reckoned with…

Also, the success on the in routes, lol. Lance's best passes outside of a couple here and there have been when he sets and lets it go on those patterns.

The 1st couple drives weren't brutal at all tho. The actual INT would've hit his guy in the hands and u can tell he's been practicing his short game. But being aware of linemen @ all times to not get balls tipped like that can only come with live game experience,...which is something he doesn't have alot of.
He clearly warms up as the game goes on (I mean his experience is limited),...but not at all a bad opening tho.
