lol you cry so much. Brock performed last year with scrubs
That's my QB.
so much more comfortable out there
Why is this about Trey versus Brock? Who here is saying Brock should not be the starter? This is about you people INCORRECTLY claiming those sacks were all on Trey. They weren't. Maybe half of them were on him. But even when he hesitated, it is not unreasonable to expect the line to hold up for long enough to move to a second read when it's a four man rush. This isn't a guy looking right then left and not knowing what to do while a blitz is coming. This is a guy seeing his first read and seeing the coverage is decent, and holding it long enough to go to the next read instead of throwing into a tight window. That's not the same thing as "deer in the headlights." That's being too cautious when he should take a chance. That's not the same thing.
For example, that second sack, it was an out against a cover 2. Purely theoretically you don't throw that. But in the NFL, you can make the throw by leading the WR away from the CB. Top tier quarterbacking makes the throw. That doesn't mean Trey played BADLY by instead deciding to go to the second read. The people who played badly were the linemen who couldn't hold a four man rush long enough for the QB to be cautious and go to his second freaking read. Not only that, at least one of the two on the back side were going to come open, and one possibly for a huge gain, if the linemen managed to hold a four man rush long enough for the QB to go to his second read.
So yeah, this isn't about Brock versus Trey. This is about you people being haters.
