The problem with dumping jimmy is that we gave up our insurance policy to let Brock ease his way back in while maintaining good results. Oh well que sera sera. Our decision can't be used to condone rash medical decisions.

I would put Brock on a snap count AND a throw count, both for preseason and for live action. Don't mess with him AT ALL.

I agree with everything else lol. I don't believe in the Brock gets a full season to stink it up before the make a change there either. IMO this QB stuff will be fluid until someone takes the reins for good. 6 games isn't a large enough sample size either way imo.

Fluid is right. IF Trey ceases the opportunity and balls out while being extra cautious with Brock's rehab, Kyle doesn't give AF who's name happens to be on the back of the jersey.

People just shouldn't hang on public comments by team officials as if they are the gospel truth. Those comments should be analyzed in conjunction with the actions the team takes.

There's very little doubt they wanted to move on from Jimmy because of his level of play in conjunction with his ability to stay healthy. But there's absolutely no advantage in acknowledging that publicly, especially when they're shopping for trade offers.

You've very opposed to the idea that Brock has a very good chance of not being ready WK1…like many doctors have stated. You won't even accept the fact that Lance will be taking damn near every first team rep all through every camp this off season. You act like that doesn't matter, when in reality it does.

Brock played well when given the opportunity. He isn't prime Rogers who will be handed back the starting gig no matter what. Lance will have his opportunity through camp and more than likely WK1. Brock's focus isn't playing right now, it's getting healthy and going from there. Pretending you know the outcome of his recovery is fake news. We all hope for the best and I'm sure he will be fine when he's ready…whenever that will be. Until then be a fan of the team by supporting Lance. I know that hard for you, but having two good QBs is a positive.
