That was the plan 2 years ago. Yawn. What's the plan for september?
Well you for one wouldn't even let the kid on the field his rookie yr…so save me that was the plan two years ago s**t. He got 5 QRs of football this yr. I mean according to you (and others) he shouldn't see the field in 2021….so you got a little over a game worth of film based on how you wanted it to go down. Congrats.
Zero patience for a 22 yr old QB that hasn't played legit football since 2019….yet all and all the patience in the world for Jimmy G lol. Paid him $2M per game for 61 starts over 6 years! He's missed almost half of his starts since he's gotten paid.
he wasnt ready 2 years ago. last year a little more ready, but not starter material. at least kyle didnt think so. So he ran trey 16 times til he broke is leg. This year, I think he'll be a little more ready than last year. I absolutely want trey to start games, but I'm not optimistic it will be a lot of games. But it could be if he pulls a brock. You never know. But if he doesn't we need a backup plan hence jimmy.

Point of Lance to get a next level QB.. sure, point is more than one way to do it, turns out with this roster pick 262 can do it
People are unwilling.. who cares? what you mean posters on a web forum? doesn't matter what they say KS will set the chart, like always
The same guy that moved heaven and earth to select Trey Lance will have him under center week 1 to start the game
Are we sure that guy is kyle? Not sure if it was kyle. What does kyle say?
Do you actually follow this team man?
1. Kyle didn't think Lance was starter material which is why he made the move up to draft him(we'll get to point 2 in a bit) and label him the starter early in the offseason while giving Garoppolo no playbook or reps in camp and you know...actually keeping him the starter in both games he was healthy in?
2. Does Kyle strike you as the type of guy to let someone make a move like that without his full approval? We've literally seen him change our draft board on a whim to take someone he wants - Joe Williams. You think Jed York has the pull to have Kyle put his career on the line for a move like that? You think John Lynch does?
Anyone still pretending Kyle didn't want Lance honestly shouldn't be taken seriously. Now whether Kyle's evaluation was wrong is another story but far from written after 4 starts.
