The potential for big plays with Trey is huge. Can't wait!

That's not awareness related. That's speed of the game and strength of NFL defenders related and that will come to him with more reps.
The game was fast for him last year but it's not about strength if you watch the play I'm talking about. It's really just bad awareness to not work toward the sideline or get down before getting hit by a defender that was tracking him for about 20 yds.
His last second dives to get down and lack of sliding really just shows that he needs to improve in this area. And it can definitely be speed of game related as you alluded to.
Kyle was visibly upset with Trey on that play (if you guys are referring to the play that he got trucked by Reid). There was another play that in which stepped out of bounds a yard short on either 2nd or 3rd down. That was certainly lack of awareness.
I think i was talking about a different play. I thought he was talking about the one from the Cardinals game.

Am I the only one concerned that every highlight I see of Trey his ball is wobbly as f**k? What on earth is with his release, such an ugly ball.

He's like all our prior QBs rolled into one. Scramble ability of CK. Ability to roll right and shoot it out of bounds like Alex. The wobble of prime Shaun Hill.

maybe..... great players rarely make great coaches.. same for jerry rice.. their brains are different. they think and expect everyone to play the way they did,. students of the game like ken dorsey make good coaches. people like jeff garcia would make a ridiculous coach.. i never quite figured out what makes him tick post nfl..

I am sure having a broken index finger on his throwing hand had nothing to do with it.

Aren't we seeing the wobble still this offseason? Isn't the finger healed?
Personally I don't care much about the wobble. Just get the ball there on schedule guys have hands and will catch it. Does it look pretty? No, but I want to win ugly.

I don't know what wobbly as f**k is but it would be nice to see him clean that up but not a huge issue as long as our receivers get used to it. Peyton Manning talked about throwing a ton of wobblers...for TDs.

I'm more concerned about the guys who are being paid to protect him. As for Lance, I'm sure he'll be fine, assuming the O-Line can keep him upright.

There is a slight wobble per reports but it's not anything to worry about.

This team is loaded from top to bottom. This has to be the year. Trey just needs to be a game manager.

That's all we need. No excuses for this team not to be competing for a super bowl come playoff time.
