See you soon, Mike. He's an awesome coordinator or position coach, but his personality just isn't strong enough to fully implement his vision. If he's going to be a head coach, he'll need an OC and DC with strong personalities who can bring that vision to life.

Mac Jones is going to have a market, so he will have plenty of options.
Vikings will be the better suited spot followed by Pittsburgh if Aaron retires.

I felt like he did pretty well after the GM firing. I think he gets atleast a chance to prove his case to the new regime.
