been telling you all... he runs a gimmick offense the way Shanny does.. great play design, but NO game planning... the QB is COOKED once the 1st read is not there..

He's not coming back. I think he ends up in LAR or GB as a consultant or takes the rest of the year off and looks for an OC role in the next staffing cycle.

I don't wanna hate on McDaniel, I think he's a very smart coach, but weren't there people claiming he was better than Kyle?
Or that losing McDaniel was the reason why the offense struggled few seasons?
Always something with the haters.
If Kyle closed out at least one of the Super Bowls if not both, he'd likely be considered the undisputed best coach in the NFL. Just two f**king game he loses and he's garbage in the minds of many.
Sickening.

I'm sure everything under the sun was said. The one thing I know is not everyone is cut out to be a head coach and I think McDaniel falls into that category. If he is fired I could definitely see him coming back here working with the offense.

I was watching some game tape and clips on Tua and holy hell hes so bad its crazy.... He has so many open receivers and just doesn't throw it and runs into a sack or forces a int..... No wonder they're 0-3 and Mike looks checked out at times lol....
