I would do it!

For Watson we trade Houston:

Fred Warner, JG, Jeff Wilson and Give Our 1 & 2 this year, Our 1 & 3 next year

Thoughts??

As long as we get to keep Bosa we should do it!!

I am 100% NOT a fan of losing Warner. Warner is every bit as important to the defense as Bosa. He makes pass coverage work. He makes run defense work.

I'd prefer to throw in Greenlaw and another high pick.

Give up the entire draft for him

Grant is so dumb. We don't even have 40 people under contract

I believe he was being facetious.

I know. But I'm going to take any chance I can get to call him dumb

He has the most punchable face in human history.

He's not even top 10. Pete Carroll, Sean Payton, Eli Manning, Jed York, Steven A Smith, Chris Collinsworth and Kyler Murray all are way more punchable

Since that's only 7 people, here are 3 other highly punchable faces, IMO:
Ben Roethlisberger, Tucker Carlson, Bryce Harper
We get him yet?

Not true. You lose a yrs worth of salary, that s**t is gone. The new team isn't gonna say oh well so you sat out for a yr I'll just tied on an extra $20M that you lost.

As long as the NFL doesn't have FGTD the owners will have leverage.

They make enough money to take the year off to prove the point. Worked already for Lev Bell and Trent Williams, all it will take is a true superstar QB to do it and it will become commonplace.

Hell no, mark my words, the defense falls apart entirely without Warner.

It didn't work for Bell. All that happened was he was making less money than was offered to him originally and he got worst

Plus the Texans just extended Zach Cunningham I highly doubt Warner really is a player that moves the needle much at all for them. Hell knowing in a year he's gonna need an extension might be a detriment. Having that much cap allocated to LBers would not be smart.

Bell ended up signing for less than the offer he originally had rejected from Pittsburgh.

He knows what he's losing if he sits out. it won't be a surprise.

Watson knows no one will back pay him. What Philly means by getting money from the next team, is getting money just for playing on another team.

So lose $20M just because? That's what he's gonna have to do imo to get out Houston.
Bell is a running back. I don't think it's reasonable to compare the least important position with the most important position in this discussion.

I would if I already had many millions of dollars.
