If he plays like Jordan I'll be happy.
Dunno, Dion Jordan is on par with the rest of the replacements.

He meant Michael Jordan.

JORDAN needs to rush the passer standing up... he was developing at Oregon rushing the QB standing up.. a former TE, I think he's more comfy standing up... and I can see him getting 10 sacks if he used that way..
.. if that still does not work, I'd try him at TE one last time..

Can only see what we have; I was listening to the Candlestick Chronicles podcast (beat writers Kyle Madson and Chris Biderman) and they were saying Willis had hired and spent the offseason training with the defensive coach who created the Wide 9 and taught it to Kocurek.
I would imagine there's feedback from him to Kocurek but he's certainly been misused to this point; the hope is that he can fulfil the potential he showed when in college. The good side of that is that he's an amazing athlete which won't have been lost.

That would be great. I've been wondering about this too...

I'm actually surprised that the 49ers haven't brought in Jim Washburn considering the history he and Kocurek have of working together.

Basically this entire season rests on the hands of Kris Kocureck who has to get something out of Dion Jordan and Jordan Willis.
Dee Ford probably ain't playing this year. I expect retirement

There will be more reinforcements coming eventually in Blair and Taylor. On a side not a really hate defensive players sporting offensive lineman number like Taylor and Willis 77&78
