Yup I remember that

Yup. I said Henry Ruggs was not the best WR in the draft by any means... and now I'm hearing another rookie in Bryan Edwards is the #1 for Vegas,

was a big fan of Edwards. Totally different prospect then Ruggs. I think Edwards fell a little because he was injured throughout the whole draft process as well.

For me it's also about system fits. I think Ruggs would fit in nicely with Kyle and his offense. Whatever now, it's Aiyuk time

Didn't Ruggs get drafted before we were on the clock? I can't remember what pick Las Vegas(God that feels weird to say, Oakland got screwed again) had.

Ruggs was the 1st WR taken and it was before we picked.
It's not all about system by any means. A player that doesnt cut it, usually doesnt cut it anywhere.

JJ Stokes didnt go to the wrong system... he was just over-drafted.

System talk is nice and fine,... just dont overdo it. Players make this game... while systems are in place to gain an advantage in the W-L column.

Ruggs deserves some time before rushing to judgement just like Kinlaw does. But with the way we hyped him constantly on the draft board, he'd better eventually be good where he's at now.

That said... it'll be fun comparing these 4 top guys all year.

Big slot. Why not. The little slot has been completely absent.

SB for sure. Seriously I doubt he makes much of a difference with all the other instability on this team. If the other receivers are healthy, how many targets is he going to get?

Agreed. It won't be anything significant. Hell, it's all about who Kyle wants to target week to week. He hasn't even attempted to use Kevin White. At least with the big slot, that's an easier concept for a rushed QB. It might be nice to have a slot that's over 5' tall and with a significant catching radius.
