You don't have to be fast to be an effective WR...especially not one with his size. You have to get open, catch the ball and then do something with it. I agree. I think the injury to Hurd, while painful really will benefit the team if this Jennings guy is a diamond in the rough. I think both Aiyuk and Jennings are going to be a big part of this offense on 2020.

All of preseason is cancelled. That's why Kyle has made comments about he's going to have more tackling practices than he likes to get a more clearer look at certain positions.

Correct, the NFL, and NFLPA agreed to cancel the preseason entirely. So guys who are on the bubble will need to show it in practice. Also means our UDFAs should be easier to sneak onto the PS.

that's because Daddy Mike showed Kyle who such talent can be used in this offense..

remember that eMac was only a special team w/the Giants... then we (SF) signed him and when Mike was our OC, he would always watch eMac give our starting CBs trouble in practices because of how he positioned his self and be physical w/them..

In Denver, Rod Smith was the speedster while eMack became the BIG PHYSICAL WR his offense needed. It was perfect too because it gets cold in Denver and eMack was more useful to the cold weather than Rod Smith was.

The only reason he has a good chance catching on here is because JL and KS picked him...in the SEVENTH. Those guys are deadly once they get into rds 5,6, and 7, so we won't know for awhile yet. I won't be surprised if he makes it. A lot depends on just how good his hands are, how well he contests for balls,..you know, the usual. No idea what those 2 see but in later rds...i wouldn't bet against them.
