I really like JJ. I hope the 49ers find a way to keep him around next year. I dearly hope he doesn't pull an "Aiyuk Drama Card" and destroy his reputation with the team and fans. I like this guy. Love the way he plays.

Im holding out hope we can still keep him too. He's who we should've extended instead of Aiyuk. But our WRs always go full on Shakespeare drama when its time for contract talks and he'll probably want more money than we'll give him. The way he's been playing lately he's gonna get it from somebody.

If the 49ers extend JJ, they didn't learn their lesson with BA. Unless it's some insanely team friendly deal, let him walk.

Jennings seems like he enjoys being here more. Never got that from BA. But yeah, I don't want to overpay for Jennings either.

Jennings is worth more than what he is making now. Not WR 1 money but he does deserve more, he is important to this team.

Jakobi Meyers (29) just signed 3yr 60mil extension with 40mil guaranteed with the Jags. This seems like a good ballpark offer to Jennings. What you guys think? I'd be ok with this with Aiyuk gone this summer.

I'd try to keep him. I'd be willing to pay him $10 million a year which is what he makes today but i'd structure the contract to where we can get out if need be.
Probably let him test free agency. I'm not sure there will be many teams willing to pay him big money so probably would be a good idea to let the market set his price. Heck may can get him cheaper back cheaper.

20 million a year for a guy who has yet to eclipse 1000 yards recieving?
That kind of money should net more value. He's also no spring chicken.
