I very much care and have thought a great deal about it. Look at my posts in the various race related political threads. In this case, the actions of Cohn were not race related or motivated. Some of the criticisms of Kinlaw are certainly race related. But not all..

Yes. I don't think many dispute that. He's a laughing stalk among his peers. If you want to look at the "code," it's the people calling Kinlaw a clown and not Cohn. Cohn decided to make his money doing something risky, and it might have backfired. So in the sense you saying it is "karma" is accurate. You reap what you sow.
On the other hand, this might get him lots of money (in which case he ought to send Kinlaw some expensive wine and flowers as a thank you).
Regardless, the whole team hates him. Kinlaw's just the first to really let it out. Even Arik Armstead (Man of the Year award nominee) called him a lowlife. Golden boy Jimmy despises him too.
