Man I'm telling you this is complete rebuild mode. When the rumor is the 49ers are interested in signing Jamis Winston has a backup that pretty much comfirms it for me.

I'd go for a backup with potential to grow in a rebuild situation FYI.

Winston is more of a finished product with the capability for some short term success in a pinch.

IMO he's not that great has a finished product. And I agree go with someone they can develop.
