I would hate to have to play against Dre & Fred!

Even the thought sounds painful

LOL
Did Dre get hurt or something? I saw Garret Wallow out there at one point next to Fred.
Week 1 (2026 Season vs. Rams): Recorded a team-low 28.5 run-defense grade.

Didn't look so great

I love it, but I hope his quad is ok lol...
Good job in your revenge game, Dre. Glad you weren't overhyped to the point of drawing a dumb penalty. Also respect you for being the first guy there to celebrate Kittle's TD.
I honestly didn't think he would be this good. I didn't know he had this much juice left in the tank. He looks fast and tackles well and hits hard. I thought he aged and had some injuries. At least that was the general perception around the league. That's how I thought of him prior to the year starting.

Yup! He was all over the field today. Seeing him and Fred back there breaking some skulls is awesome. Can't wait to see bring it vs Seattle.

Definitely something more to that story than what we've been privy to.

Nah thats just Dre LOL
I was a little surprised to find out he led the team in tackles because the things that stood out to me were the two times he overran his blitzes and let Nix get around him when it looked like they could have both been sacks with a more disciplined rush. He also missed a couple of tackles in the open field as I recall, one that led to a first down on a 3rd down play. Still, he does well in coverage and generally plays pretty well, though not maybe as good as a few years ago.

I think Wallow has been up for every game this year except the first one and Bethune has been inactive. I guess he's now the official back-up out there for Dre and Fred since he came in at the Mike position in that game where they pulled most of their big starters for the last series. I like Wallow, he may not be as big a hitter as Bethune, but I think he plays the position better and is certainly better in coverage. Go Niners!

Not sure this is it but apparently Sean Payton. Called out Dre for rarely ever practicing.
