Why did they move the game from Hawaii, more importantly, WHY DID THEY MOVE THE GAME TO BE PLAYED BEFORE THE SUPER BOWL INSTEAD OF AFTER!?!?
How many self-inflectled wounds can the NFL possibly take?

Agreed. At this point, why play the game and take a chance on players getting injured? I saw the WR for the Steelers, JuJu, hurt his knee today - hopefully for him it's not serious. Could you imagine you're a player and an injury in this game puts you on the shelf for the upcoming season?

Injuries aside we should have them play soccer. That would be effin entertaining -- at least for a bit :)

The pro bowl is an even bigger joke now than the pro bowl voting process. They should just cancel it. Have the pro bowl elections and leave it at that.
Now you have guys like Mitch Trubisky going and being called "pro bowler" when ton of people drop out. If you're not voted as starter/backup then leave it at that.

This. Should just make it an awards dinner and a Hawaiian vacation for those who are chosen. Have them compete in some skills challenges and stuff like that but 86 the game.

Probowl needs to have the following changes:
1. after the Superbowl by a few weeks.
2. offer more money to the participants and particularly the winners.
3. Fill ins after the original elected back ups may participate for rewards but not for credit as a probowler.

Absolutely. The amount of "probowlers" who get in as a 3rd or 4th replacement is just ridiculous these days. Derek Carr in 2017 comes to mind.

It's easy to make the pro bowl competitive. The NFL should take a financial hit and offer the winner of the ProBowl $1 million per player and the loser $50k. Money talks and you will see how hard it talks if the players are paid well. After a few years, this game will mean something and the NFL will start making profits on it.
Players get injured in the regular season making $400k per game. They will risk it for $1 million.

And throwing an awful pick on his first play of the game when they're playing a dumbed down defense, sheesh.
