He's refuted all of the reports up until now. And the people that are like just do a press conference are delusional. IF Deebo is the source/root of all the reports/controversy it is unprofessional. However, you don't do a press conference about on going negotiations. That's unprofessional as well. Any issues he has with potential contracts should be expressed to the organization not the media and definitely not the fans. Reality is we just don't know.

BRah! His brother posts "we asking for a trade". "He ain't going to be a 9er" Deebo liking tweets that involves him being elsewhere.

We may not be certain as to exactly why he wants to leave. I think it is pretty clear though that he wants to.

I'm certain we could go the Deshaun Watson route and offer him a boatload of cash fully guaranteed and he'd put pen to paper. I'm also certain that would be a very very bad move.

Coincidence ?

100% NOT a coincidence, those two and Metcalf have the same agency representing all them.

Pretty much. Both fanbases are already mad at him with the way this is being handled lol.

Half this forum is saying "f Deebo" and the other half is saying "f Lynch/Kyle"

Maybe we all should be saying "f Tory Dandy"
There is a lot of truth that the real instigator is orchestrating things from the shadows and the media isn't talking much about Dandy. This scenario is nothing new for lawyer/agents of players and their behavior gets headlines to further grow their client list. Drew Rosenhaus in the NFL and Scott Boras in MLB have been doing this for decades to do whatever it takes to get more money. That's all they care about and that is all the Deebo/Brown/Metcalf situation is about. Money. Pure and simple.

It helps get his name out there as an agent but he does not control what deebo (the client) agrees to, what deebo says to the media, how deboo's friends and family act and what deebo posts on his social media, all of that is on deebo.

I think teams started this because they were trying to prevent guys from hitting the free agent market. Now it's almost become necessary to prevent players from getting upset.

Not all players. Kittle and Warner being the most recent superstars that were in the same situation and didn't throw a fit like Deebo. Either way, most of this stuff is the media making s**t up. We've had multiple "professionals" tell us that we low balled him, one said we never offered anything yet, one said he wants to leave California, another said he doesn't want to be used as a wide back etc. until the chips fall we won't know anything that's actual information, just a bunch of wild assumptions. I still love Deebo and I hope they can keep him, but if not, the world continues to spin and the Niners>Deebo

To be fair, we don't really know how much of a "fit" Deebo threw. We also don't know how much is the agent and how much is the player.

I guess my real point is it's so much about money now. Does all that money make the players better? Not really. I know they have short careers but let them go out and try to earn a living doing something else. If they played their 5-7 years or whatever and made $5 million per year they would still be in good position when they retired. Many ex players end up in PR jobs or something where their name is helpful. Some of the better ones ar esmart nad invest and end up owning car dealerships or some other business.

In some ways they might be better off if the did make less. Way too many players don't know how to spend that money wisely and end up with huge mortgage payments that they can't handle when the retire. If they were paid less and bought 3 or 4 thousand square foot homes instead of 20 thousand square foot mansions, they could probably afford them after retiring.

Shut up and Play out his rookie contract or sit home and lose 3.9M or sign a new deal when Jimmy is dumped, simple as that really lol. No one is trading for him and trades might not even be considered, entitled diva or not, don't think the 9er FO cares at this point LOL!!!!

I'm certain Deebo ain't going anywhere

I am too, and if I find out Deebo was traded only to draft another receiver, Lynch needs to GTFO!!!!
Deebo's agent has turned him from a Bay Area hero into a pariah....that's a bad agent.

His agent just made Denzel Ward the highest paid CB in the league. He may actually have the best agent in the biz

An Agent does not contorl what the client does on his own. If deebo wants to get paid, he can finish his rookie contract or learn patient and wait for Jimmy to be dumped.

prepare to be nuked
Niners don't have to do anything really.

Deebo is on a basic rookie contract for at least two more seasons. Niners can do nothing this year and franchise tag him next if they really wanted to.

Deebo would have to get on a beach cruiser and rob foos if he wants that chedda' cheese by sitting out , nah sahn homeslice?

I really don't think Deebo is going anywhere. They'll make it work....they HAVE to make it work. For jokes and giggles I was watching highlights of the top receivers available in the draft and yes there is some talent. In particular I liked the receiver out of Arkansas Treyon Burks but he looks raw. We need to find a way to keep our superstars. Rams sure can figure out how to do it AND add talent, so we need to figure out how to pull this off as well.

Dump Jimmy for gods sake, do some restructuring....whatever it takes. Pay the man and let's end this drama. Maybe it takes duct tapping Paraag and putting him in the closet LOL but make it happen!!!!
