If he is only a WR then it's 4 x 18m max.

Deebo Samuel was the second-most efficient wideout in football last season.
— David Lombardi (@LombardiHimself) April 20, 2022
The Catch-22 (Catch-19?) for him is that he attained that efficiency through historic YAC dominance (10.8 yards per catch!), which overlaps heavily with the usage he seems to be upset about... pic.twitter.com/Up8DElZFUq
10.8 YAC is other worldly. But WTF is going on with his drop rate?

Coincidence ?
100% NOT a coincidence, those two and Metcalf have the same agency representing all them.

If Deebo has another great season and Aiyuk doesn't shine. Give Deebo the long term contract. If Aiyuk has an elite type season, tag Deebo and put him on the trading block. If both have great seasons than that is a great problem to have for both Trey and the organization.
Yeah they can both be signed. BA is under contract for 3 more years before you really have to push up his cap hit. The 5th yr option gives him some solid cash and you can backload his deal all the same.
Honestly what I think it's coming down to is they currently have no cap space. Deebo could want a higher end signing bonus and they simply don't have the space at this moment (plus they gotta sign their rookies/Bosa and have cash to go into the season with). Regardless of what people say, Jimmy on the books right now isn't helping.

Anybody consider that they have to finish a potential Bosa deal before they even begin to arrive at a potential final number on Deebo.

I am all for keeping both. Like I stated before, I would love another Rice/Taylor type of duo.
If what you are saying is true than Jimmy should be either traded or cut before August. No way we keep him if he is holding the team back financially.

Not saying it does have to (and they have been saying both) BUT if the team thinks it has to come down to Bosa or Deebo...
it's Bosa right ?

Yeah, we were all saying that before the drama even started.

9ers FO is doing the exact right thing and playing it smart by not saying anything and offering nothing until Jimmy G is dumped. Once deebo's leverage has dissolve to nothing and the draft is over and done, no trade offers are given or even considered and the stupid rumors die down and if AJ and DK signs extensions close or lower than 20M per year, then once Jimmy G is gone, deebo will have no choice but to take whatever 9ers are paying or close to it and not more. It could be 20M or less per year by then it all depends on how much they are thinking they need to pay Bosa as well. The alternative for deebo is to stay home and watch BA as the new #1 WR and ball out with Trey, that's the worst case scenario for deebo because deebo is a real competitor who obviously has a intense passion for the game but toxic ego, immaturity and greed (aka being a Diva) got the best of him when patience is a virtue is what he really needed to learn, look at bosa, is he saying anything?

Had some idiot tell me a team like Jacksonville should offer no more than a 2023 and give Deebo a 3 year front loaded contract that makes it easy for the team to get out of it. Claimed that Mike McDaniel was the root of Debo's success.
I thought he was smoking crack.

Just heard on ESPN radio one of their hosts suggest Deebo for Zeke. He was immediately laughed at on the show and told no.

Talk about some bad takes. I would rather sit on Deebo for years before making any of those trades.

Nope. For Bosa they can simply pick up his 5th year option and then franchise him if need be. They don't have to pay Bosa for another 2 years. the Niners are the one's who put here foots in their mouths saying they were ready to extend both guys this off season.
