not easily replaced but we don't completely lose our offense.. now if jimmy is still the starter...then we probably will lol

Not if he's exclusively playing WR. He doesn't want to be a "wideback" anymore.

He's worth every penny, even if he exclusively plays WR. If he's used like he was last season he deserves more.

Elite is a tag I would give to Jerry Rice. Not Deebo Samuel. Deebo is very good. He also owes a lot to Kyle Shanahan's offense.

Yup, there's certainly more too it. I mean do we really think Deebo is a diva? Maybe a bit immature is all we could all agree on, but otherwise he's been a fantastic player and teammate etc. Something went sideways on this big time.

My predication of an 18MM offer for Deebo was pretty accurate if true. But that's Christian Kirk money (thanks Baalke) and it ain't enough. Just pay the man and let's get this done! My understanding is Kyle had to get involved and override Paraag when they were signing Trent Williams. Do it again! As many of noted, doesn't seem like Kyle, Jed, Paraag and Lynch are on the same page!!!! Let's get this done.

If that is true that IS disrespectful. Given the market, and the player, I don't know how Paraag Marathe (or Lynch, or whoever) can fix their mouth to offer that crap to Deebo. Under $19 mil? Give me a break. That bad even for an opening offer.

I'm all for paying him but I'm getting Antonio Brown vibes as far as potential drama. I don't think he's as s**tty as a human but with all of these early clues such as social media scrub and his brother dropping hints this early into the process, who's to say he won't cause further issues?
