High ankle sprain.

All depends on what grade now.

Whats the Minimum and maximum number of weeks?

Grade 3 is 6-12 weeks.

Grade 3 injuries are more severe in nature and often involve full tearing of the ligament and possible bone fracture. The length of time to recover from grade 3 ankle sprains could be 3 months or more.

It's possibly we may not have him the rest of the year playoffs included, but I am still relieved it wasn't the knee because then we would have lost him for half of next season+ and it would have easily taken him the rest of next year to even get back to form etc.

Probably done for the regular season.

Thanks a lot Kyle, he deserves all the criticism that goes his way

I'll just keep praising him, no one was b***hing when it got us to playoffs last year

Lmaoooo. Lame excuse

last year we had no other running backs and Elijah Mitchell was injured every other week. It made sense to use him that way at the time. League has caught up and it hasn't been nearly as lethal as before. So yeah, I've given ton of credit to Shanahan up to this point, but this injury is on him

we have a miserable fanbase.

Deebo's injury is unfortunate. You guys would be complaining if the Bucs came back and Deebo didnt touch the ball at all.

Lol Again, you're wrong

just because I don't want one of the teams top players to run it up the middle like he's Jerome Bettie when the offense is dominating and up 21-0, doesn't mean I don't want him to not "touch the ball at all". It's not hard to admit Kyle f**ked up

im not one of these Shanny haters, I give credit to him when he does well, and criticize him when he losses or makes bone headed calls, just like anyone else on the team

Why do we immediately have to find someone to blame when a player gets injured. Bad play call. The player should have gone down nstead of trying to gain extra yards. The defender hit him late or too low or whatever.

Players have always gotten hurt playing football. it's a violent sport that puts Players in harms way. This reminds me of parents who have to find someone to blame when their kid messes up or gets bad grades. Sometimes things just happen and they are what they are. Trying to place blame serves no useful purpose.

My thoughts exactly.

Yeah, for a few in here, Kyle is untouchable. Too bad we can't talk about his strengths/weaknesses like everyone else.

The Falcons were up a lot in their super bowl against Brady and that didnt turn out that well did it? If its an outside run and the injury happened then that would be ok?

Woulda, shoulda rarely works out as people think it would. Why? Because it didn't happen. The play was called, Deebo ran it, and got hurt. In the moment, you are trying to ensure TB ain't going to orchestrate a comeback. Why? Because Kyle has witnessed it first hand.

Let's return focus on Deebo, eh?

Get better 19.

That play didn't look like it was designed for him to "run up the middle" but when you got Deebo lined up in the backfield kyle/fans should know that there's a strong possibility of Deebo getting hit by DT/DE/LBers near the LOS.

You spelled Jimmy Kyle.

That's not true. People getting called out as Kyle haters are usually criticizing the wrong stuff imo. No one is perfect and I would like kyle to act more like a HC vs an OC in situations like this

Lol right? people calling out kyle as untouchable are usually the same people that get all bent out of shape if you criticize Jimmy…weird how that works.

I mean it looks like it was setup as an outside run anyway. He then cut back into the middle of the field.

#64 whiffed on his block, Deebo was suppose to follow Kittle which wasn't up the middle of the field.
