Deebo hasn't been as explosive as what we've seen the last 2 years. He needs to find a way to get open and make those big plays. That's why he got the big money. He's not the first receiver to get extra coverage. The great ones find a way to get open even when double covered.

Biggest disappointment of the season so far. You'd expect much better production from someone who recently received a big contract.

To put things In perspective. The leading receiver this season ( Tyreek Hill ) actually has more receiving yards ( 1148 ) than Deebo and Kittle combined ( 751 )

I'm not even considering the contract. He should be doing more no matter what his pay is. Aiyuk has been playing well which should open things up for Deebo. When he's gotten the ball he doesn't seem to have the explosiveness as he had last year.

Keep in mind guys, the way in which he affects the defense on every play is already worth the dough. Gotta be elite to have that kind of effect! It's goes far beyond stats.

After watching multiple videos, I can say Deebo not showing up has some to do with Jimmy G's execution, at least for this past chargers game.
