Lol

They are mere babes (43) compared to the Niners (73) 😉
I remember loving to hate the Broncos (well mostly Elway) and to a lesser extent, the Raiders.

I think as far as playoff losses are concerned, losing to the Giants or Cowboys was harder. My playoff hatred for the Giants is #1, Cowboys a close #2. Seahawks #3.

However, as far as general hating is concerned, I agree with you. Those Seahawk teams made you hate everything about them and every time they won a game they didn't deserve to win, it felt like the Niners losing.

I think my hatred of the Giants in 2012 and 2013 were up there for a bit then subsided when Seahawks came ringing.

You're so right

Giants cowboys Green Bay and Seattle cost us 9 Super Bowls imo And that's not even counting the Cowboys in 1970 and 71 I think they beat us in 2 more championship games. Damn them

Then why did it feel so good to beat them yesterday in the midst of their hunt for the playoffs?

This, the Harbaugh/Carroll years did enough to ignite this into a rivalry, them kicking our ass for so long fuelled it as well, that win felt really good

Yet people are willing to sacrafice the 1st pick just to beat them in a lost season.

Sounds like a lot of BS to me. The Seahawks are in some of our fans heads worse than I could have ever imagined.

For me its because I hate their fans. Not so much that it was our rival. Beating any team that has dominated us for an extended period of time, while hurting their playoff hopes will make me feel amazing after leaving the park.

This, EXACTLY!. The Seaturds have owned the 49ers since 2013, I have been living here in the Seattle area since 2007, since 2012 they have become more and more insufferable. IMO, if we get #1 pick we are not taking Bosa or any other single player, management will parlay it into multiple picks and rightly so. The real positive of this season is we have had the opportunity to see and evaluate many players that we would not have otherwise seen in actual NFL game. If by the next draft Lynch and Shany can't figure out what we need and find a way to get them and put a well rounded, competitive team together then we have much bigger problems than loosing a #1 draft pick.

Personally as a fan of this team since the early 70's, yesterday was one of the best wins I have had the pleasure to watch.

Hell yeah darling, you're an afc west old school fan. Gotta love that. The Kingdome. You guys had a small ass fan base back then. Before the bandwagons and the stealing of Texas A&M's trademark. As I like to call it, the gold old days. Even had reign man dipping on dudes in emerald city

We must celebrating our victory game for us when we finally beat to Seahawks!
I see they will be hurting up from on defense:

Yes. They will jealous of Reed because he will be 6 games for suspension. He will rest and relax for 6 games by suspended. . Seahawks players defense will be suck.

It's nice that a baseball player made himself available to play football for our rival to make this concern irrelevant.
I am sick to Russell Wilson because he alway beat the 49ers all times. Russell Wilson had a 12-3 records against the 49ers. Hater Seahawks and hate Seahawks!!

It's actually not a bad forum (leaving aside the fact that my eyes hurt from that colour scheme - I know they're the team's colours but they don't make for easy reading). There's a bit of smack talking, but on the whole it looks reasonably sober. Their prediction thread is surprisingly sober compared with ours.
