Good receiving TE at USD. He had a great catch on Thursday. Took a big hit and held on. He has the potential to develop into a quality backup TE. Biggest weakness is his inline blocking. Needs to get coached up and continue getting stronger to improve in that area.

Yup, and the 49ers have yet to use him in the redzone/goal line. Dude can go up and get it.

I think dwelley or Celek lined up across from kJ wright is a matchup we should take advantage of. Wright is trash in coverage. Kendricks is their best coverage LBer this yr BUT has 13 missed tackles. Run at his ass.

Dwelley has 2 TD's and could have 3. He got robbed on the penalty.

He is exactly what I said.

1) Great hands.

2) Excellent redzone target.

I told you guys that one too in my original evaluation. From watching him over the years here at University of San Diego yes he is not fast. But he has everything else. He is a perfect #2.

Nice for Dwelley

He was known for his hands and being an excellent redzone target. That's what he was best at while playing at University of San Diego. Yes he doesn't have great speed. But he has everything else. He is a really good #2 TE. As we saw today he can be relied on when you have injuries.
