He's got the ability, he just needs to get more consistent. It is really all up to him as to how good he can be. If he just wants to try and out-athlete everyone and spend his offseasons pumping weights and dragging tires around a football field like Kaepernick did, teams will catch up to him very quickly. If he wants to go and work with a legit passing coach, study film and work on his fundamentals, the sky is the limit. He's a good dude, it just depends on how badly he wants to be a great passer.
