If they're levitating it's putting a strain on their quads, glutes and hammies. Gonna tire themselves out before the game! They'll most likely fall over...

The NFLPA isn't going along with it, they are investigating to see if there is anything they can do.

lol, Jed York abstained, and now the Jets CEO is saying he won't force any team rules on his players, and if the NFL fines the club for a player kneeling he'll just pay it and deal with it.

York saying they won't sell concessions during that time. Brilliant. If you demand the players stand and respect then demand the same from the fans. It's hilarious reading the reactions from people getting pissed about that. People are fake as f**k.

1. All team and league personnel on the field shall stand and show respect for the flag and the anthem.
2.The Game Operations Manual will be revised to remove the requirement that all players be on the field for the anthem.
3. Personnel who choose not to stand for the anthem may stay in the locker room or in a similar location off the field until after the anthem has been performed.
4. A club will be fined by the League if its personnel are on the field and do not stand and show respect for the flag and the anthem.
5. Each club may develop its own work rules, consistent with the above principles, regarding its personnel who do not stand and show respect for the flag and the anthem.
6. The commissioner will impose appropriate discipline on league personnel who do not stand and show respect for the flag and the anthem.
Flag Code:
No part of the flag should ever be used as a costume or athletic uniform. However, a flag patch may be affixed to the uniform of military personnel, firemen, policemen, and members of patriotic organizations. The flag represents a living country and is itself considered a living thing. Therefore, the lapel flag pin being a replica, should be worn on the left lapel near the heart.
The flag should never be carried flat or horizontally, but always aloft and free
