Which would you rather have at right tackle?

A) Average run blocking + Elite pass protection

B) Elite run blocking + Average pass protection

A button

Seriously. Especially in today's game/rules.

Unfortunately Kyle is having the same reaction to B since he's run-centric.

I. Have. Hope.

There are a few more exceptions than that, we do have some athletic OL in the league that can run a lot faster than expected.

But generally the OL are your big uglies and nobody cares how fast they can run in a straight line in shorts.

Biggest takeaway is he is rehabbing and his weight appears to be in a good place, he isn't going to need to do a serious amount of bulking up. Good to see he is able to put in the work now and hopefully he will be a go for training camp in August.

Agreed.

Wow that is great news. That might save a draft pick or two for another position, if McGlinchy can recover 100%. Proof will be on the Gridiron though, and that won't be for another year (possibly even two years)😣😖

If so, then they have to pay him next year so expect a T higher in this draft too.

"A" without question, unfortunately, MM Is neither, and that's why It's Important we look for an upgrade.

Option c is missing: elite run blocking, pee wee pass pro
Wow. From the homepage article.

In addition, he had been dealing with some tendinitis for years.

"It wasn't my quad muscle," McGlinchey clarified. "It was the tendon that connects the quad to the knee cap. So thankfully, [it] was still like five percent attached, so the muscle didn't recoil up my leg because that would have made rehab quite a bit harder."

He says he'll be ready for TC and doesn't have as much tendinitis anymore.

Burford better be ready just in case.

This is a good thing not a bad thing…quad tear can be a career ender.

Did you forget he looked like a TE during the off-season

Said he's around 310lbs which is what he's been for most of his career. I don't see many TEs that look like that lol.
