I could see it if he didn't have a history of sucking.

McGlinchey's just not a very good pass blocker, it was a knock against him coming out of college and he hasn't gotten any better at it.

Speaking of terrible picks. we can not draft linemen or corners to save our life. but what the hell. i hear somewhere that pass protection is over rated and all quarterbacks get hit cuz its the nfl. what the hell
This dude would not be on the field for almost any other team. Why in the world this coaching staff sticks with this guy is just maddening

LOL

What's this year's excuse? It's no longer weight, or discipline, or etc....

He is what we said he's always been. Run centric T with below average pass protection ability and tapped out on talent. Kyle loves him. Fans are just seeing things more clear now.

No, fans were seeing how s**tty he was last year as well

If it makes you feel better I can go dig up posts about how I liked Trevon Diggs and Jaire Alexander. That tandem might be pretty solid

Brunskill and him should switch spots for a few games and see what happens. Brunskill was a very good pass protector at tackle in 2019 on the left and right side

I agree. Brunskill is a better pass blocker in open space. McGlinchey is a better drive blocking run blocker.

I think the only reason people put McGlinchey outside is he is tall. He seems like a Tackle. But he's not natural there IMO.

Yeah they need to try this out even though I'm sure it won't happen bc Kyle sticks with bad players a year too late

Yeah, seems like they tried to address it through FA and draft. Mack addition was solid, but the draft picks have been head scratchers since their names were announced. Not sure if it's a scouting failure or what…
