he's worth more than that...you seem to not understand how bad OTs are overall in the league. He's the best run-blocking tackle in football. Toss him next to nelson in INDY and you're in business.

And you seem to not understand how bad McGlinchey is. The guy is ragdolled by DB's!

Still haven't seen a legit source even hint at a trade being a possibility.

Im watching Cohn's live show right now that Colts are interested. Cohn is a clown and is serious like 50% of the time but he definitely has his contacts.

He is an outstanding run blocker. A team that has a good coach who knows how to teach pass blocking, could see a big opportunity there. I think at least a 3rd or hang up on the team calling

A 3rd? Y'all ready to give him away or something? If he is respected, you ask for more. Who gives a s**t about what happened this year, you argue that A. he is cheap (right now) and B. he is an excellent run blocker and C. he is young.

A 3rd. SMH. GTFO with that noise. As for the DB's ragdolling him tell any team that asks that he was on the Keto diet and was watching the Kardashians, he now recognizes that was a terrible mistake. Now, he eats nothing but f**king TRIPLE Baconators, watches DIE HARD, and calls Joe Staley daily. f**kING DAILY.

A 3rd. Jesus.

His bad plays are bad, overall he's not as bad as you're complaining him to be.

Yeah a 3rd is stupid talk. He's a elite run-blocker who's been placed on an island with zero help next to him since coming in.

he's dirt cheap and young.

people love to b***h acting they know how bad someone is...go look around the league.

No he doesn't lol. No one is telling him s**t, especially in SF.

also that rumor was supposedly from fox sports

There are zero media cats with any contacts in the 49ers front office. This is what I love most about our current regime

Yeah no way I let him go for anything less than a top half 2nd rounder. He is one of the better run blockers in the league and as far as his pass blocking, He had some issues with his technique and footwork last season but nothing that is not correctable. If you trade him. You need to have a plan at RT and I'm not real confident in McKivitz. Brunskill could.move back to tackle to play RT but then you still have a hole at RG and Center and an issue with depth.

Big Mikes cap number is $6 mil in 2021 and would only go up to about $10.8 mil with the 5th year option in 2022. Thats still reasonable figures for a starting RT.
I wouldn't be opposed to trading McGlinchy only if they have an option ready to replace him.

Otherwise, keep him.

This. You can't move on from McGlinchey without having a solid backup plan in place. And you really can't let him go if Williams walks. Ultimately you have to hope that last season was just a glitch, he came in underweight and that he rebounds for what will essentially be a contract year.

This. Mike has shown he can be a solid pass protector at times while being an elite run blocker. At only 6 mil this year there is some value to that. We need to pay Trent and basically rebuild our entire cornerback room, and fill out depth across this roster. Unless the colts are providing a second or higher this seems like a tough deal to make.
This fool sucks. Cut the cord with him while the niners can get something for him.

He's a good run blocker but that doesn't matter when he gives up 10 yard sacks regularly. You guys value him way too high.
