Trading him when he is only a cap hit of 6 mil this year seems pre-mature. Especially considering it would significantly thin out an already questionable offensive line. Even if they were hoping to upgrade/replace him this year. I would still want him on the roster. I think it would need to be at least second-rounder to make me want to trade him right now.
He's a good RT when our running game is working. When we have to pass more cause we are behind or the defense is not scared of our weak QBs and they stack against the run he becomes s**t. This isn't a new development for him it just got exposed more this year cause teams new how to attack our offense.
