With Thomas, Buckner, Mitchell and the rest what they are most lacking on the DL is speed off the edge. Curry doesn't give you that.

There is a good chance Thomas is probably starting at Leo against the run again but moving inside in passing situations.

You always need depth and Curry is a beast. Keeps players fresh and he can move around also. Injuries happen too. Don't need to use draft fir this position..

I'd put him at strongside end. Armstead isn't a long term answer at any spot so get Thomas experience.

Dude he's not gonna get paid as a "depth" pass rusher though. that's what jeremiah attaochu and Marsh were signed to be.

Saleh likes to use a big set on vase downs. What is wrong with:

5T- Solomon Thomas
NT- Earl Mitchell
3T- Deforest Buckner
LEO- Vinny Curry

Then bring in Marsh and Attachou on passing downs like we did last year.

9T- Cassius Marsh
1T- Solomon Thomas
3T- Deforest Buckner
LEO- Vinny Curry / Jerry Attachou

That looks good to me.

3 down LEO come on brah...he's a situational pass rusher and is about to get overpaid by some team. We need quick twitch edge rushers. Teams aren't game planing for curry. Look at the guys lynch has brought in to be edge rushers, he doesn't fit that mold.

The way Lynch is conducting himself this year as a GM I highly doubt we go after him even though we are in desperate need for a pass rusher, Lynch rather save his Daddy's York's money

HA better go check those numbers on money spent before you say that....they've spent like $70+ million this yr and that's not including the extension of Goodwin.

This is not good if your main 9T pass rusher was just waived .... they don't waive great pass rushers. Hopefully they can do better than Cassius Marsh as he is mediocre.

Most of that money is from Garoppolo's Contract other them Jimmy G those are contracts mean nothing.

BTW they overpaid for McKinnon for a situation back they really reached there.

Oh so signing a QB doesn't count? You can't say they didn't spend money when they did...sorry dude. This is the 2nd yr they've been at the top in money spent. So your narrative about saving York's money isn't true.

Why is he a situational RB? Because he can catch the football? Guess what it's 2018 and guys like Mckinnon and kamara are what this league is looking for in the running game.
